Ginger Tofu Pudding

4 Ginger Tofu Pudding

Have a bowl of Ginger Tofu Pudding to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

Taikoo Ginger Red Sugar (75 g)

Water (120 ml)

Soymilk (250ml)

Gelatin powder (10 g)

Directions:

  1. Melt Taikoo Ginger Red Sugar in a saucepan. Set aside.
  2. Pour soymilk in another saucepan and bring it to a boil. Dissolve gelatin powder in warm water and then pour it in the soymilk.
  3. Ladle soymilk in glass container. Chill in the refrigerator until set, for at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve it in a bowl with ginger syrup.
