1 Thai Prawn and Pomelo salad with Black Sugar Dressing

Product of TAIKOO SUGAR:

Taikoo Okinawa Black Sugar Powder

Ingredients:

Black vinegar (5 tbsp)
Taikoo Okinawa Black Sugar Powder (2 tbsp)
Light Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)
Sesame Oil (1 tsp)
Cooked prawns (10 pcs)
Pomelo meat (300 g)
Red onion (½ pc)
Scallions (1 tsp)
Fried shallots (1 tsp)
Red chili (1 pc)

Directions:

  1. Stir Taikoo Okinawa Black Sugar into vinegar; mix until sugar dissolves. Then add in light soy sauce and sesame oil.
  2. Thinly slice red onion and add in 5 tbsp of salad dressing.
  3. Place fresh lettuce at the bottom of the bowl and then add in pomelo meat, prawns. Garnish with diced chili, scallions and fried shallots.
