1 Blueberry Milk Pudding
Enjoy the pudding with smooth blueberry sauce and fresh strawberris
Product of Taikoo Sugar:
Ingredients:
Skimmed milk (250 ml)
Taikoo Low GI Raw Sugar (3 tbsp)
Cinnamon sticks (2 pcs)
Sugar-Free non fat yoghurt (500 g)
Gelatin (4 tbsp)
Hot water (½ cup)
A few pieces of Strawberries and Blueberries
Directions:
- Gently heat up skimmed milk with cinnamon sticks in a saucepan on low heat. Remove from heat when the milk is warmed up. Set aside and take out the cinnamon sticks when the milk cools down.
- Combine skimmed milk and yoghurt in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Add gelatin and Taikoo Low GI Raw Sugar into hot water, stir until dissolve.
- Fold in yoghurt mixture into gelatin mixture. Keep on stirring until it turns smooth.
- Pour mixture into a cake mould and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
- Decorate with blueberries and strawberries.
