1 Blueberry Milk Pudding

Enjoy the pudding with smooth blueberry sauce and fresh strawberris

Product of Taikoo Sugar:

Taikoo Low GI Raw Sugar


Skimmed milk (250 ml)
Taikoo Low GI Raw Sugar (3 tbsp)
Cinnamon sticks (2 pcs)
Sugar-Free non fat yoghurt (500 g)
Gelatin (4 tbsp)
Hot water (½ cup)
A few pieces of Strawberries and Blueberries


  1. Gently heat up skimmed milk with cinnamon sticks in a saucepan on low heat. Remove from heat when the milk is warmed up. Set aside and take out the cinnamon sticks when the milk cools down.
  2. Combine skimmed milk and yoghurt in a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Add gelatin and Taikoo Low GI Raw Sugar into hot water, stir until dissolve.
  4. Fold in yoghurt mixture into gelatin mixture. Keep on stirring until it turns smooth.
  5. Pour mixture into a cake mould and place it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  6. Decorate with blueberries and strawberries.
