

2 Prawn Salad with Mustard Dressing
Enjoy the fresh salad with a little bit of spice
Product of Taikoo Sugar
Ingredients:
Prawns (6 pcs)
Cucumber (¼ pc)
Carrot (½ pc)
Yellow bell pepper (½ pc)
Onion (½ pc)
Vermicelli (2 bowls)
Salad Dressing:
Taikoo Low GI Raw Sugar (1 tbsp)
Yellow mustard (2 tsp)
Olive oil (2 tbsp)
Apple cider vinegar (3 tbsp)
Salt (1/3 tsp)
Directions:
- Cook vermicelli in boiling water; soak in cold water when it’s done.
- De-shell and remove intestines from the prawns. Cook in boiling water until it turns red. In the meantime, dice cucumber, carrot, bell pepper and onion. Set aside
- Combine all the salad dressing ingredients in a small bowl, and then add in Taikoo Low GI Raw Sugar. Mix well.
- Place cooked vermicelli and other ingredients on a plate and slowly pour dressing over the salad.
- To finish off the recipe, nicely place prawns on top of the salad.
