4 Ginger syrup glazed Chicken Wings

Who doesn’t love wings?  Try out this Ginger syrup glazed Chicken Wings on Wings night!

Ingredients:

Chicken wings (16 pcs-mid section)

Oil (2 tbsp)

Minced garlic (4 pcs)

Shallots (5 pcs)

Chinese wine (1 tbsp)

Light soy sauce (1 tbsp)

Dark soy sauce (1 tbsp)

Taikoo Ginger Red Sugar (4 tbsp)

Water (4 tbsp)

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken wings with minced garlic, shallots and ingredients except for Taikoo Ginger Red Sugar and water for half an hour in a large bowl.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan, once oil is heated place chicken wings in pan and fry until both sides turn golden brown.
  3. Combine Taikoo Ginger Red Sugar with water and pour it over chicken wings. Stir fry for a few more minutes and then it is ready to serve.
