

3 Sesame pork short ribs
Add a touch of sweetness to your sesame pork short ribs by using our Premium Red Date Slab Sugar.
Ingredients:
Pork short ribs (300g)
Taikoo Premium Date Slab Sugar (70g)
Chinese wine (1 1/2 tbsp)
White vinegar (2 tbsp)
Light soy sauce (3 tbsp)
Water (120ml)
White sesame (1/2 tsp)
Directions:
- Gently rinse pork short ribs under cold water then place it into a pot.
- Add in Taikoo Premium Date Slab Sugar, Chinese wine, white vinegar, light soy sauce and water into the pot. Bring it to a boil then lower the heat to let it simmer for 20 mins until the sauce is fully absorbed.
- Sprinkle white sesame on top and serve immediately.
