Taikoo rock sugar is made from pure cane.  While retaining the traditional Chinese sugar crystallization method to retain the traditional flavor of the sugar, we also adopt the highest hygienic standard through the production process to ensure the rock sugar retained the highest sucrose content, and contained no artificial coloring or flavoring. Moisture content is also controlled to the minimal level.
