2 Prawn Salad with Mustard Dressing

Enjoy the fresh salad with a little bit of spice

Product of Taikoo Sugar

Taikoo Low GI Raw Sugar 


Prawns (6 pcs)
Cucumber (¼ pc)
Carrot (½ pc)
Yellow bell pepper (½ pc)
Onion (½ pc)
Vermicelli (2 bowls)

Salad Dressing:

Taikoo Low GI Raw Sugar (1 tbsp)
Yellow mustard (2 tsp)
Olive oil (2 tbsp)
Apple cider vinegar (3 tbsp)
Salt (1/3 tsp)


  1. Cook vermicelli in boiling water; soak in cold water when it’s done.
  2. De-shell and remove intestines from the prawns.  Cook in boiling water until it turns red. In the meantime, dice cucumber, carrot, bell pepper and onion. Set aside
  3. Combine all the salad dressing ingredients in a small bowl, and then add in Taikoo Low GI Raw Sugar. Mix well.
  4. Place cooked vermicelli and other ingredients on a plate and slowly pour dressing over the salad.
  5. To finish off the recipe, nicely place prawns on top of the salad.
